MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY:

To maintain the brightness of your jewel as long as possible, we recommend to avoid any contact with humid or acid environment (water, perfumed soaps, alcohol, nail polish remover, fragrances, cosmetics, etc.)

The gold plating of your jewel is guaranteed for a year, and we ensure the care of your piece if ever the wear state was not natural. If after a year your jewel needs to be plated again, we will always be available to do so but the service will be charged.

This commercial guarantee does not include:
• the improper use and default use,
• the deteriorations due to incorrect use, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or non-intentional physical modification or the use of the jewel for professional or commercial means,
• the anormal caring use or the default of care and hygiene,
• natural wear,
• the intervention on the jewel by a person other than someone from the Annelise Michelson team.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

For all returns or exchanges, please send an email to: galerieboutique@annelisemichelson.com. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  1. If purchased in store : Return and exchange in store
    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, jewelry purchased from Galerie-Boutique may be exchanged and/or refunded only in the form of a credit note within 14 days of purchase. Jewelry must be intact, unworn and in its original packaging.

  2. If purchased online
    2.A – Free returns & exchanges in mainland France and in the European Union countries
    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return your items as per the below procedure:
    1- Contact us by email at galerieboutique@annelisemichelson.com and explain the reason for your return or exchange.
    2- Check that the jewel is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
    3- Our customer service department will send you a return label within 7 days.
    4- You will be reimbursed according to your method of payment, on the basis of the original price paid for the jewel. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased, with their box and pouch. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
    Free returns and exchanges are limited to one per order. Beyond that, shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer.

    2.B – Returns & exchanges outside mainland France and European Union countries
    Outside mainland France and outside the European Union, the return label is provided by Annelise Michelson, but the cost of returning the jewelry will be deducted from the reimbursement (including customs duties).
    1- Contact us by email at galerieboutique@annelisemichelson.com and explain the reason for your return or exchange.
    2- Check that the jewel is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
    3- Within 7 days, our customer service department will send you a return label and customs documents (if necessary).
    4- You will be reimbursed according to your method of payment on the basis of the original price paid for the jewel minus the return shipping costs covered by Annelise Michelson.
