To maintain the brightness of your jewel as long as possible, we recommend to avoid any contact with humid or acid environment (water, perfumed soaps, alcohol, nail polish remover, fragrances, cosmetics, etc.)
The gold plating of your jewel is guaranteed for a year and we ensure the care of your piece if ever the wear state was not natural. If after a year your jewel needs to be plated again, we will always be available to do so.
This commercial guarantee does not include:
- the improper use and default use,
- the deteriorations due to incorrect use, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or non-intentional physical modification or the use of the jewel for professional or commercial means,
- The anormal caring use or the default of care and hygiene,
- Natural wear,
- The intervention on the jewel by a person other than someone from the Annelise Michelson team.
For reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - EUROPE
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your articles within 14 business days after reception, the postmark as proof of it. The refund will be made following the original method of payment. The articles must be returned in their original statewith their box and their pouch. If not, the return cannot be accepted. The forwarding fees of the exchanged article will be paid by Annelise Michelson.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - USA, CANADA AND SWITZERLAND
To deal with a refund or an exchange outside of Europe, please send an email to :firstname.lastname@example.org. The return fees are to be paid by the purchaser. In the case of a refund, a return etiquette will be provided by Annelise Michelson. In this case, the amount of the etiquette will be taken out of the final refund. In the case of exchange, the return fee of the articles and the forwarding fees are to be paid by the purchaser. The forwarding fees of the exchanged article will be paid by Annelise Michelson.
RETURNS OR EXHANGES - OUTSIDE EUROPE
To proceed to a refund or an exchange outside of Europe, please send an email to :email@example.com and note the reason for this return. Our client service will get back to you with the return address and the reference number that will be indicated on the return package. The return fees are to be paid by the purchaser. In the case of an exchange, Annelise Michelson Paris will proceed with a refund if the price of the exchange article is lesser than the original price of the original article. The return are to be paid by the purchaser. The forwarding fees of the exchanged article will be paid by Annelise Michelson.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
In case of a return, if you’re located outside the EU, when posting your return, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a “return shipment to origin”, to ensure that the parcel is not held in customs.
