1. Return Policy
1.1. General Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of the products.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with packaging and accessories intact.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
1.2. Refund
- Timeline : Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned products.
- Refund Method : Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase, after deducting return shipping fees.
1.3. Exchanges
- Standard Exchange : Exchanges are possible for products of equal or higher value. Any price difference will be charged if applicable.
- Procedure : Contact customer service to initiate an exchange. Return and reshipping fees are covered by ANNELISE MICHELSON for exchanges within metropolitan France.
2. Return Procedure
2.1. Requesting a Return
- To initiate a return, the Customer must contact customer service at serviceclient@annelisemichelson.com with the order number and reasons for the return.
- A shipping label will be sent to you
2.2. Packaging
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories provided.
2.3. Receipt and Inspection
- Upon receipt of the return, the products will be inspected to verify their condition. Products not meeting the return criteria will not be refunded.
3. Exchange
3.1. Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt. The exchanged product must be in its original condition.
3.2. Exchange Procedure
- To request an exchange, the Customer must contact customer service at serviceclient@annelisemichelson.com. Only reshipping fees are covered by ANNELISE MICHELSON for exchanges within metropolitan France.
4. Responsibility
- ANNELISE MICHELSON cannot be held responsible for return errors due to incorrect address provided by the Customer or products not meeting the return conditions.
