1. Manufacturing and Shipping

1.1. Parisian Workshops

  • All our products are manufactured in our Parisian workshops, ensuring artisanal quality and strict control over production processes.

1.2. Manufacturing Times

  • Manufacturing times are generally 2/3 months. These times may vary depending on the availability of raw materials and order volume.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Free Delivery in Metropolitan France

  • Delivery is free for all orders within metropolitan France via Chronopost. Delivery times are generally 24 hours after dispatch.

2.2. International Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees for international destinations are calculated based on the weight of the products, the destination, and the chosen delivery method. Exact fees will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. Indicated Times

  • Delivery times are provided as an estimate at the time of order confirmation. Times may vary based on delivery location, delivery method, and product availability.

3.2. Delivery Delays

  • ANNELISE MICHELSON cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or transportation issues.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. Tracking Information

  • A confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the delivery will be sent after dispatch. The Customer can track the status of their delivery in real-time on the Chronopost website.

5. Delivery to Customer

5.1. Delivery Address

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Any errors in the delivery address are the responsibility of the Customer.

5.2. Receipt of Products

  • Upon receipt, the Customer should inspect the condition of the products and report any discrepancies (damaged or missing items) to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Responsibility

  • ANNELISE MICHELSON cannot be held responsible for damages or losses occurring during transport or for delivery errors caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
