Article 1 – Acceptance of Terms

1. Agreement to T&Cs

By validating their order on the Site, the Customer accepts these T&Cs without reservation. Order confirmation implies acceptance of the T&Cs in effect at that time.

2. Changes

ANNELISE MICHELSON reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. Changes will be published on the Site and will apply to orders placed after the update.

Article 2 – Ordering Process

1. Product Selection

Choosing Items

  • The Customer selects products by reviewing detailed product sheets on the Site. The sheets include comprehensive descriptions, images, prices, and available options (size, color, etc.).
  • The products are manufactured in our Parisian workshops, ensuring superior quality and attention to detail. Product availability is updated in real-time.

Availability

  • Products are manufactured in our Parisian workshops. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the Customer will be notified by email and can choose between cancellation or waiting for restocking.

2. Account Creation

  • To place an order, the Customer must create an account by providing information such as name, surname, billing address, delivery address (if different), email address, and phone number.
  • Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Order Validation

  • Review: The Customer reviews their order summary, including delivery fees and payment options.
  • Payment: The Customer proceeds with payment via PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or our interest-free payment option in 3 installments with Alma.

4. Order Confirmation

  • A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after validation and payment. This message includes order details, delivery fees, and tracking information.

5. Order Suspension

  • Reasons: ANNELISE MICHELSON reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order for reasons such as non-payment, suspected fraud, or prior disputes.

Article 3 – Pricing

1. Product Prices

  • Display: Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT). Prices may change, but products will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of order.
  • Additional Fees: Prices include delivery fees for metropolitan France with Chronopost but exclude international shipping fees.

    Coupon rules :

  • -10% off on products from the first order

  • Not combinable with promo codes

  • Not combinable with product promotions

  • Delivery excluded from the discount

  • 1 use per customer

2. Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery: Delivery is free within metropolitan France with Chronopost. For other destinations, fees will be calculated based on weight and destination.

3. Taxes and Customs Duties

  • Non-EU Zones: For deliveries outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These costs are the Customer’s responsibility.

Article 4 – Payment Methods

1. Payment Methods

  • Security: Payments are secured via PayPal, credit card, or interest-free payment in 3 installments with Alma.
  • Payment Options: Interest-free payment in 3 installments is available for any orders, with no additional fees.

2. Confirmation and Refusal

  • Confirmation: Delivery of products is made after payment confirmation. In case of payment refusal, a notification email will be sent to the Customer.
  • Order Refusal: ANNELISE MICHELSON may refuse any order for legitimate reasons such as prior disputes or incorrect information.

Article 5 – Delivery

1. Product Availability

  • Parisian Workshops: Products are manufactured in our Parisian workshops. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the Customer will be notified by email and can choose between cancellation or waiting for restocking.

2. Delivery Location and Times

  • Delivery Address: Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. In case of an address error, redelivery costs will be the Customer’s responsibility.
  • Times: Delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method and destination. Times are indicated at the time of ordering and may vary due to external factors.

3. Order Tracking

  • Information: After dispatch, a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the delivery status will be sent to the Customer.

Article 6 – Retention of Title

  • Ownership: ANNELISE MICHELSON retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price, including taxes and fees. In case of non-payment, ANNELISE MICHELSON may claim the products.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

1. Exercising the Right

  • Deadline: The Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason, by informing ANNELISE MICHELSON by email at galerieboutique@annelisemichelson.com or via the online withdrawal form.

2. Return Conditions

  • Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Returns are free within metropolitan France.
  • Return Costs: Return costs are the Customer’s responsibility.

Article 8 – Liability

  • Limitation: ANNELISE MICHELSON cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or harm resulting from the use of products or delivery.
