La dorure de votre bijou est garantie 1 an, durant cette période ce service est gratuit. Si votre bijou a besoin d'une nouvelle galvanisation, un service de dorure est disponible au sein de nos ateliers parisiens.

Delivery and returns

Delivery

  • Free Chronopost delivery in mainland France. Guaranteed delivery before Christmas for all orders placed before 19/12/2025.
  • International delivery via FedEx, fees apply at checkout.

Returns and/or exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Jewelry must be undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging.

For purchases made in December, returns are extended until January 30, 2026.
